Social Concerns

At Trinity it is as important that our church serves the world as much as it serves its members.  In response to the love God has showered on us, we work to make that love real in the world as we share of ourselves.  Some of the important ways we reach beyond ourselves is in our support of and volunteering with local community organizations like Meals On Wheels and Estevan’s Warm Welcome shelter.  At Christmas, we also take part in Hamper Program, Angel Tree, Toy Store, and host a free community dinner of Turkey with all the Trimmings.

CLWR

Through our National Church and Canadian Lutheran World Relief, we also work to provide assistance, care, and development in countries across the world.   A very special program is “Gifts From The Heart” that facilitates people donating very tangible resources to people in need.  Check out the CLWR website yourself for further info.

If you would like to join us in finding ways to love the world and our community please call the office.
